All content, features, and functionality of the Vein platform are owned by VEIN Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
