Terms of Service

Effective date: August 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vein platform and website, operated by Vein, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Vein provides investor reporting and data room tools. Companies connect their financial accounts, and Vein generates structured reports that the company can share with investors it chooses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Optional two factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it.

4. Your Data and Connected Accounts

You keep ownership of the data you provide and the data Vein retrieves from accounts you connect. You control which investors or organizations may see it, and that access happens only when you approve it. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the platform’s operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Vein platform, including its content, features and functionality, is owned by Vein, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reports generated by Vein are drawn from the accounts you connect and are not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms. We will give notice of material changes by email or through the platform, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Notices and Contact

Legal notices to Vein, Inc. should be sent to its registered agent, Corporation Service Company, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.
